1. Our 10-Minute Delivery Promise
At uMart, we value your time. Our mission is to get your essentials to your doorstep in 10 minutes or less.
Delivery Hours: We operate [e.g., 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM], 7 days a week.
Service Area: Currently serving select pin codes. Please enter your location on the home page to check availability.
Live Tracking: Once your order is placed, you can track our delivery partner in real-time through the uMart app/web.
2. Delivery Charges
Flat Fee: A nominal delivery fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹15] applies to orders.
Free Delivery: Orders above [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹499] qualify for Free Delivery.
Small Cart Fee: For very small orders (below ₹99), a small convenience fee may apply.
3. Instant Returns & Replacements
Because we deliver fresh groceries and daily essentials, we offer an "On-the-Spot" return policy.
Check at Doorstep: We encourage you to check the quality of fresh items (fruits, vegetables, milk) at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If an item is damaged, expired, or incorrect, you can return it to the delivery partner immediately.
Post-Delivery Issues: If you notice an issue after the delivery partner has left, please report it via our "Help Center" within 3 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once the seal is broken:
Baby Care products (Diapers, formula).
Personal Hygiene products (Soaps, deodorants).
Items not in their original packaging.
5. Refunds
UPI/Card Payments: Refunds for returned items are processed instantly and will reflect in your account within [3-5] working days, depending on your bank.
uMart Wallet: Refunds to your uMart wallet are credited instantly and can be used for your next 10-minute fix.
